• Start selling tickets for 50/50 Raffle Tickets (10 tickets for $5.00)

9:45a.m. — Introduction Ceremony
10:00a.m. — Barry Begins 24 Hour Bike Ride
3:00p.m. — Registration for Open Adult Bike Ride
3:00p.m. - 6:00p.m.

• Bake Sale
• 50/50 Raffle (10 tickets for $5.00)
• Basket Raffle (6 tickets for $5.00)
• Silent Auction Bidding
• DJ - 101.9 JAMZ

4:00p.m - 5:00p.m. — Open Adult Bike Ride with Barry (Minimum $50 donation)

6:00p.m. - 8:30p.m. — GOC & The Storm Band playing live

8:30p.m.

• Barry switches to an Indoor Stationary Bike
• Raffle Sales and Auction Bidding end for the day

The Mahoning Valley Thunder Players will be making a personal appearance and signing autographs

5:30a.m. — Barry Returns to his Outdoor Route
8:00a.m. - 8:45a.m. — Registration for Open Youth Bike Ride
9:00a.m. - 10:00a.m. — Open Youth Bike Ride with Barry, Tour Youngstown City Fire Truck
10:00a.m. - 11:00a.m. — The YSU Football Players will be making a personal appearance and signing autographs.
10:00a.m. — Conclusion of the 24 Hour Bike Ride
8:00a.m. - 11:00 –

• Gift Basket Raffle, 50/50 Raffle, and Silent Auction
• Memory Lane Balloon Sale
• DJ/Entertainment
• Food and Refreshments
• Bake Sale
• Youth Activities
• Clowns (Face Painting and Balloons)
• Selling Balloon Memory Lane Memorial - in memory of those we’ve lost or to honor those in their fight against cancer
• Youngstown State University Police Academy- FREE finger printing kits for kids

10:30a.m. - 12:00

• Closing Ceremony
• Barry will say a few words
• Guest Speaker from the American Cancer Society (will give total amount raised)
• Draw winners for the Basket Raffle, 50/50 Raffle
• Announce the winning bidders who purchased Silent Auction items
• Give out prizes to the kids who raised the most money
